From the shaved door handles to the custom taillights, not much on this 47 was left untouched. Finished off in a subtle silver on the bottom and an outrageous purple on the top, you are sure to get a ton of lookers when you pull up at the next car show. Pop the long sleek hood and you will find a SBC 350 that has been built with a small cam to give it a nice throaty sound while a Holley 4 barrel keeps the fuel flowing. Underneath the front end sits a modern "front clip" that is believed to be from a S-10. The transmission ,which was just currently rebuilt, is a turbo 350 with a shift kit which makes the up shifts very firm. All of this is hooked up to what most will say the best rear end in the business, a Ford 9 inch. This would be a great set up all by itself but for an even more aggressive look and of course better performance the car has been slightly tubbed to fit the massive cheater slicks underneath the rear. Open the door and you will see a no frills interior with 2 bucket seats in the front. Climb into the driver seats and you will notice a nice set of brand new autometer gauges that even has a tach tucked away inside the dash.
