T-TopsThis Limited Edition 1991 Firebird Bandit II Edition is located in our Louisville KY showroom. Pontiac was truly the last company to stop making a "muscle car". Many consider 1976 the last year of a true big block released by the big three. Everyone thought the car craze had finally came to an end until 1977 and a guy Bandit in his Black Trans Am with the huge Gold Phoenix on the hood, though man called it a screaming chicken. The film and the car went on to become legend so in 1987 a company In Tennessee called Choo Choo Customs decided to make limited production run of 500 cars. The package would consist of basically the same thing as the 77 Bandit cars had appearance wise of course. Ground effects, a shaker hood and of course the legendary badging was applied to the exterior while the interior took subtle cues such as a custom center console and a numbered plaque signifying the production run. These cars were built through the end of the GEN III run. though no one knows exactly how many still exist I can honestly say I never seen one until today and definitely never seen one with such low miles. The car is completely all original and has had two previous owners. The 305 starts right up and sounds great with everything on the car just as if rolled off the showroom floor. The T tops will definitely take you back to a different time especially when you don’t have to worry about them leaking. The white paint is all original and in excellent condition with the honeycomb wheels finishing off that classic 70's look.
