1967 Chevrolet Camaro

This 1967 Camaro SS Tribute is located in our Louisville KY showroom. 1967 marked the first year for GM's entry into a market that had been formed 2 years early by the Ford's introduction of the Mustang. The pony car segment, though often confused with muscle cars, are really a different animal. Though they had the massive amount of horse power that muscle cars thrived on that was where the similarities ended. These cars had handling in mind as well as being a much lighter and smaller vehicle. This 67 has been built with those same principles in mind. The yellow paint is slick and flows with the accents lines of the car nicely, with the Black racing stripes only enhancing them further. Pop the hood and you will see a nicely detailed engine bay with touches of polished aluminum and chrome dressing the engine itself with inner fender wells and firewall painted with a glossy black giving it a finished look. The engine not only looks good but with it being bored and stroked giving it a displacement of 383 cubic inches. With its large cam and huge 4 barrel on top this thing definitely makes some huge power. The Turbo 400 transmission has firm up shifts and compliments the massive motor very well. With the go part taken care of the WO part was addressed with a set of cross drilled and slotted rotors on all 4 corners that not only do the job efficiently but look great as well. The classic chrome torque thrust wheels finish off the ultra modern pony car feel. The black interior is in great shape with all the gauges working and even an adaptor so you can play your IPod.
