Produced by their SVT department the engineers were trying to get the perfect blend of performance and capability. They seemed to have got it right with the Lightning living on well past the 454's from Chevy and now being very sought after by collectors. This particular truck is all original with only the hood and bumper needing to be repainted. With it only having two owners and the current owner only putting 30k miles on it in the past 8 years there is definitely plenty of life left in this truck. The Black is in excellent shape with not a lick of rust anywhere you can tell this truck has lived more of a show car life. The original badging looks great and has no signs of lifting which is a common problem with these. The high flow GT 40 heads definitely wake this engine up and give it all of the down low torque you could ever want.
