This beautiful Black Cherry Hot Rod is powered by a big Chrysler Hemi Engine. A pair of Edelbrock carburetors sit atop of the big Hemi to insure plenty of fuel and air are fed to the behemoth. Exhaust fumes exit through a set of block hugging shorty headers that dump into a pair of exhaust pipes heading out the rear. A Chevrolet Turbo Hydramatic transmission is mated to the Hemi engine. The power is then sent to a quick change rear end. The stance of this true old school hot rod is nearly perfect, with the big fat tires in the rear and the skinny tires in the front. Inside the cabin, things have been kept simple with a bench seat built for two. A billet steering wheel with a tilt column makes it easy to handle this street beast. A Lokar Shifter is mounted in the floor, to give that classic hot rod look, and to keep shifting easy. A set of gauges keep track of oil pressure, water temp, voltage, speed and engine rpm’s. Power windows have been added, so rolling the widows up and down, is as easy as pushing a switch.
