1970 Chevrolet Chevelle

In 1970 Chevrolet was producing some of the car that would later become absolute icons in American history; included in that list would be this 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle. This classic muscle car features a completely rebuilt 396 cubic inch V8 engine that has been bored .030 from stock. That much power needs to be backed up with a transmission that can withstand it, so the builder attached a TH400 transmission with a shift kit behind the big block ensuring that the car will take whatever the driver throws at it and with under 3,000 miles on the complete rebuild of both the engine and transmission, this Chevelle is ready to get some miles under its tires! It is not just a good runner either, this car underwent a complete frame-off restoration and there was no expense spared throughout the entire build. The body of the car was prepped and cleared of any imperfections and was then coated in an eye-popping shadow grey paint with black stripes running the length of the car in the center. The reupholstered black vinyl interior is comfortable to ride in and is pleasantly quiet until you put your foot on the loud pedal and listen to the power of the big block become untamed. This car may not have started life as a true SS car; however the builder did an excellent job of replicating one and will make the next owner very happy. It also comes equipped with some creature comforts to make your cruise much more enjoyable including, power brakes, power steering, and an AM/FM radio to enjoy your favorite classic hits. This restoration has been remarkably completed with attention to detail in every aspect of this car.
