Gateway Classic Cars of Milwaukee is proud to offer a beautifully restored 1931 Ford Model A Deluxe Roadster. The Model A was Ford's second mass production model which followed the Model T. It was a huge success due to its reliability, simplicity, and ease to operate. Millions of Model As were sold in the United States in many different body styles intended for many different functions. Everything from two seater coupes, to commercial delivery trucks were all made with the same basic underpinnings. This particular A is a Roadster which features a soft convertible top which can be lowered for open air driving. In addition, it has the famous "Rumble Seat" which is a thrilling way to travel. Open to the sun, and rushing wind; rumble seat passengers must be a bit adventurous. This Roadster is finished in a beautiful dark green with black accents. The black wire wheels with dual side mounts give the Ford a stately look. The interior features caramel colored upholstery and square weave carpet. Clearly this is not your run of the mill Model A. The drive train is the stock inline 4 cylinder followed by a 3 speed manual transmission. This 3 speed box in the Model A is far more user friendly than the Model T's they replaced. If you're looking for a fun and exciting open air roadster, look no further than this beautiful 1931 Ford Model A Roadster. You can see this car in greater detail in our Milwaukee showroom or at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Please contact 262-891-4253 or with inquiries.
