Gateway Classic Cars is excited in presenting this 1955 Chevrolet Pick Up for sale in the Milwaukee Showroom. Chevy has for the most part, had one of the more popular followings on their line of pick-up trucks since they ever came out with them. Over the years it has become popular to modify the 2-wheel drive versions of their trucks into hotrods, but this one has gone above and beyond the call to stand out from the crowd. The truck is finished in a satin black patina-like finish on the outside with a blacked-out billet grille setting a mean looking tone. The truck sits on a set of solid styled 20" Mob wheels wrapped in white walled radials which sets a one of a kind looks when paired with the slammed stance of this murdered-out machine. The trucks outside look is capped off with a set of led composite headlights that feature LED amber marker rings and a xenon HID kit to give maximum visibility at night. Underneath the hood lights a healthy built 350 cubic inch Chevrolet small block V8 which features an aluminum intake, longtube headers, March Engineering dress brackets, and a self-tuning fuel injection conversion courtesy of FiTech making for a hotrod power plant with a nice touch of modern day in it. The V8 is bolted to a 700R4 4-speed automatic with overdrive. The truck also come equipped with a retrofitted air conditioning system that arguable works better than the A/C found on today's cars. Going inside on the interior of the truck it's all too easy to say that there is way too much custom work to list, from the upholstery on the seats, to the gauges, to the custom Harley Davidson saddle bags serving as the door pockets, you will see plenty of gorgeous touches on this truck to make it one of the most recognizable vehicles on the road. The Chevy is also equipped with power brakes, power steering, power locks, and seat belts bringing this retro 50s ride into compliance with the modern day for drivability. Far too easy to say that you will not find another truck like this one, and the greatest regret you will have is not pulling the trigger on buying this unique and beautiful truck.
