Gateway Classic Cars of Milwaukee is excited to present this 1967 MG MGB GT. A car that is fun to drive, cheap to buy and simple to repair. The MGB is still considered by enthusiasts as the perfect entry level British sports car purchase. The MGB was built from 1963-1980 by the British Motor Company and later by British Leyland in the United Kingdom. An astonishing 400,000 units were manufactured. The GT model was first introduced in 1965 as a 2+2 variant to offer more seating and luggage capacity. Although the GT model did suffer from a slightly lower 0-60 acceleration speed, the top speed was able to touch 105mph.
Our classic 1967 MG MGB GT is a great example of the British sports car invasion. Painted in an glossy black with red vinyl interior beautifully contrasting to the outside of the car and a convenient hatchback design. All sitting on its original wheels. Under the hood is a 1493cc engine attached to a manual 4-speed transmission. The same engine that was introduced in the Triumph Spitfire. Front disk brakes, AM/FM retro radio with bluetooth capability to add to the modern convenience that this car has to offer. Now is the time to experience some fun in the sun, British sports car style.
This 1967 MG MGB GT is available at our Milwaukee Showroom at Gateway Classic Cars and can be seen at www.GatewayClassicCars.com which includes 100+ HD photos and HD video.
