A re-creation Malibu has been transformed into one of America's fan favorite muscle cars of all time! This Chevelle comes equipped with the ever so popular 396 that is bored .030 over with a forged crank shaft, TRW forged pistons with stainless valves 2.06/1.72, hardened seats on exhaust and a cam-solid lifter 242 at .050 .519/.519 lift 110 lobe separations. Not to mention an Edelbrock performer RPM intake with 800CFM Holley double pumper, Comp Cams steel rockers, windage tray and an 8" harmonic balancer GM hi-performance. This car is street ready and a BLAST to drive with the Muncie close ratio 4-speed with a vintage HD gearbox with 26 spline input/32 spline output shaft.
A tribute done right, that can outperform even some of the truer counterparts with its extensive upgrades. Also included is a Billet steel flywheel and Center Force gold clutch. The rear end is a 1972 vintage 12-bolt with Richmond 390 gears, stock GM posi-traction, stock axles, new driveline and yokes. The suspension has all new bushings front and rear, new ball joints, front and rear sway bars with the rear Super Sport frame braces.
Loaded with a new black interior including a new headliner. This car presents well, and the Bolero Red exterior draws all the attention whether you're at the car shows or burning rubber at the local track.
