Gateway Classic Cars Indianapolis is proud to offer this 1979 Chevrolet Monte Carlo. The Monte Carlo was introduced in 1969 as a mid-sized four door luxury car or a two door coupe. Unveiled at the height of the GM muscle car power era. This was Chevrolets version to compete with the new A- body Pontiac Grand Prix. This beautiful green 2 door with gold pin strips off set the tan interior. Under the hood there is a 286ci V8 engine with Power steering and Power brakes. The Air conditioner blows warm air and might just need to be charged with freon. The bench seat in the front is in good condition, Although the dash does have some cracks. The wire rim hub caps make this car stand out. Overall a 1979 Monte Carlo 2 door midsized sedan is a cool car to drive.
