This all steel '48 Chevy looks great painted in a "House of Kolors" Meteor Maroon over its smooth curves and against the chrome and stainless trim. A fresh interior was put in 2013 with a two-tone saddle and tan vinyl seats and door panels, new headliner to match, and black carpeting. A nice set of VDO gauges are tucked in nicely into the dash and a tilt column was also added. This 1948 Chevrolet Fleetline Aerosedan is powered by its GM Goodwrench 350 CID V8 crate engine, backed by a TH350 3-speed automatic transmission, and running to a Nova rear end. The crate engine has approximately 3,000 miles on it and has plenty of enjoyment left for years to come. The steering and braking systems have been upgraded to a Mustang II front end with power rack and pinion steering and power brakes with a front disc and rear drum brake setup. A nice set of ever popular Crager S/S wheels sit at all four corners wrapped in BF Goodrich radials measuring 205/60/15 in the front and 215/65/15 in the rear. A few NEW recent items installed include: a radiator, an electric fan, water pump, Optima battery, and carburetor.
