This awesome build started with an original 1936 Chevy pickup steel body, fenders, and bed that was then nicely customized and taken to the next level. This 1936 Chevrolet Pickup Truck is powered by its rebuilt 383 CID Stroker V8 engine, backed by a TH350 3-Speed Automatic Transmission, running to a narrowed Ford 9" rear end. Under the hood sits the professionally built 383 CID Stroker that is topped with a set Brodix Aluminum Heads and Valve Covers, an Edelbrock Polished Aluminum RPM Air Gap Intake, with a Holley 750 CFM 4-Barrel Carburetor sitting on top. Some other nice touches under the hood include: MSD Street Fire HEI Distributor, Chrome Alternator and Fuel Pump, Polished Water Pump, Aluminum Finned Oil Pan, Shorty Headers, and an Aluminum Radiator with Electric Fan. The exterior has a great glossy look to it and the Metallic Bright Blue paint with a carbon fiber accent stripe will sure to catch everyone's attention. The custom interior is done in a blue and black vinyl that matches the exterior with a nice set of VDO gauges in the dash, chrome tilt steering column and wheel, a Lokar shifter on the floor, and remote operated door poppers. This '36 Chevy Pickup also features a Mustang II front end with rack and pinion steering, coilover shocks, and disc brakes. The rear end setup features a narrowed Ford 9" with coilover shocks and disc brakes. The stance on this truck just looks mean with a big set of Mickey Thompson Sportsmans on the back measuring 33/21.50/15 and Dunlop Radials on the front measuring 205/70/15 wrapped around a set of 15" Cragers.
