1973 Kawasaki Z1 900 for sale in our Indianapolis Showroom. This '73 Z1 is powered by a 900cc engine backed by a 5-speed manual transmission. This classic Kawasaki has just 10 miles on it since a complete restoration that started with a freshly powder coated frame, swing arm, battery box and tool tray. The bike was completely disassembled and all new body parts were installed. The wheels, bearings hubs were replaced along with new aftermarket chrome exhaust. Original style Dunlap tires were installed along with new gauges. The engine on this classic bike was completely rebuilt as well and received new valve guides, rings, valve seals and gaskets. The original carburetors were also rebuilt and the iconic collectible motorcycle runs and rides like new. The bike also received new shocks, mirrors, handle bars and re-chromed fenders. The brakes are updated with a new master cylinder and calipers up front along with new pads in the rear. As you can see this is as close as you will ever come to owning a new '73 Z1 900. The bike starts right up and idles, shifts, stops and accelerates as expected.
