For sale in our Nashville showroom is a 1933 Ford Roadster street rod with removable hardtop that we refer to as the blue diamond. This incredible roadster has the very best of everything in it, on it and under it. With the build being done at “The Rod Shop†under the watchful eye of Robin Retallack you know this car has been completed to the highest degree. Let’s start the list with the chassis. The Alloway’s® frame was custom made to accept the one-off body designed by Rat’s Glass but before the body was fitted, all the welds on the frame were ground smooth to give the frame a “one piece lookâ€. Now you may ask yourself, self why would someone worry about grinding down the welds? The answer is, someone who cares about every little detail. Even the fuel lines were hidden inside the frame to keep the undercarriage from looking too busy. Now I could talk for hours about the underside of this marvel but let’s move on. The body mods are numerous and I will try to do them justice. The bottom of the suicide doors have been reshaped to enhance the smooth lines of this ‘33 Ford for sale and the rear fenders “bobbed†6 inches to allow a less restricted view of the beautifully chromed Currie enterprises® rear end that is housing a set of 3.25 gears and a set of chromed adjustable coil overs making this a great cruising car. From the front fender along the running board to the rear fender is all custom made and add to the incredible lines that you can not help but notice. The Hard top on this 1933 Ford roadster for sale is removable and made so that the smooth lines continue but the car can still be driven with the top on, or off. Needless to say, I am head over heels in love with this car. The dash has a full set of Classic Instrument® gauges, Painless® wiring, dove grey leather covering Krist Kustom® seats, hidden radio and 10-disc CD player, Dynamat to reduce sound and heat. There is no way I will be able to get everything into this description, but I will keep trying! This gem, this blue diamond is rolling on Magneto® rims that measure 17 up front and 20 in the rear giving this ride the proper bad boy stance. The brakes are polished Wilwood disc on all four corners, I told you, not one trick missed. Ok, ready to get under the hood? A Ford 302 cubic inch small block that has a set of SVO heads bolted down tight and a roller cam to handle the valves and provide the attitude to the exhaust note. A polished intake with an Edlebrock® carburetor sitting on top like the Cherry on top of whip cream. A set of ceramic coated headers route the fumes through what appears to be 2.5 inch stainless steel to a set of supertrap® mufflers. A Ford C- 4 3 speed automatic transmission handles the shifting and keeps the RPMs low during cruising. Have I missed anything? I am sure I did but the builder did not! This car has days and days of labor, mountains of cash and a lot of love involved in the build so if you are looking for a Roadhouse blue 1933 Ford hardtop roadster that has had every detail done to perfection, then look no further. Options for this 1933 Roadster for sale includes: Boyd Coddington® rims, performance tires, AM/FM CD player, Tilt steering wheel and Leather interior.
