The additional bracing required to maintain chassis stiffness added 154 pounds to the 944S2 Cabriolet, but the maximum performance was never the car's intended mission. This 1990 944S2 Cabriolet, for sale, was one of just 1,824 built for the North American market in the model's penultimate year.
