1971 Chevrolet C10

For sale in our Orlando showroom is a 1971 Chevrolet C10. 1967 was the first year for these second generation C/K pickups offered by General Motors and the focus was to add comfort and convenience items to a vehicle line that had previously been for work purposes alone. Updated styling features for the Second Generation Chevy Pickup trucks came with new body sheet metal that helps fight rust and a pickup box made of double-walled steel. The majority of 10 and 20 series Chevrolet trucks from 1967 to 1972 were built with a coil spring trailing arm rear suspension, which greatly improved the ride over traditional leaf springs. This particular C10 has been lowered 3" in the front and 4" in the rear to give a great stance and really accent the 18" Panther wheels. Under the hood is a stout 350CID V8 mated to a 700R4 that makes this C10 a great cruiser. The interior has just been recently redone in black vinyl with vinyl flooring as to not detract from the ruggedness that one expects in a truck. One look at the Dakota Digital dash on this truck and you can tell that this truck is ready for the show. The exterior on this truck has been kept very understated with a nice recent metallic green paint job and muted pin striping that does a great job of accenting the overall paint without being overly loud. Of course this truck is ready for just about anything you can throw at it and the capability to do it in comfort with amenities such as AM/FM/CD player, Power steering, and A/C.
