The iconic Chevrolet Chevelle was introduced in 1964 and was soon to become one of Chevrolets most successful nameplates. In 1968, the Chevelle received newly sculpted sheet metal which included tapered front fenders and a rounded beltline. This Chevelle looks absolutely stunning with its long hood and high rear quarter panels. This specific Chevelle left the factory as a 396CID car so its badges are true to its roots. Under the hood of this Chevelle rests a fully built 396CID Big Block V8 which is absolutely breath taking. This is an older restoration that has held up quite well and the big 396 under the hood still puts the power down to the ground and has been modified nicely. Originally this car was equipped as a 4 speed car but has since been converted to a TH400 transmission that does an amazing job of getting this Chevelle down the road.
