Vinyl InteriorFor sale in our Orlando showroom is a 1970 Pontiac GTO. In 1970 the GTO received a very noted face lift by narrowing the grill and replacing the hidden headlights with the exposed 4 light system. The best change by far for the 1970 lineup was the available engines. GM had put a ban on engines higher than 400 cubic inches for a while and now that the ban was rescinded there was an influx of high CID engines from Pontiac. This Granada Gold example is backed with the not numbers matching 428CID V8 that has just had a new timing chain and rear main seal replaced. Backing the big 428 is a Muncie 4 speed that has just had the clutch refaced. This GTO is equipped with all the right features for the classic Pontiac enthusiast including a 3.55 posi rear end. The sound system on this rig has just the right amount of reinforcement from the twins in the trunk to sound solid without being too loud or invasive. The black interior on this rig is done in black with a custom center console that houses the short throw Hurst shifter. The Granada Gold paint scheme on this GTO is highlighted by custom tiger striped graphics going down the side and on the wing.
