This spectacular 3100 has undergone a complete professional Resto-Mod build that left no expense spared and no part untouched. Everything you see here is either new or has been rebuilt to the highest quality possible. This classic 5 window began life as a Florida farm truck and has been taken apart and reassembled using all new modern equipment and parts with many unique and custom features that set it apart from all the rest. It now boasts modern performance, safety and comfort but retains that classic look of the iconic 5 window Chevy Pickup.k The chassis is new from TCI Engineering and comes with a lifetime warranty. It is black powder coated with a 4-link coil over adjustable rear suspension and a 3.5 posi rear end. The front suspension is Mustang 2, power rack and pinion steering with power disc brakes on all 4 corners that have big bore calipers. This beautiful chassis is rolling on 17” American Racing wheels with Nitto Extreme Performance tires. 255/50 in front and 275/50 in the rear. The body has been entirely refit and painted by very skilled hands. The seams have been lead filled. The hood, doors and hinges are new and the entire truck has been painted in a deep rich metallic candy red with ghost flames that can be seen on the hood, front fenders and custom tonneau cover in back. The tonneau cover has power lifts and covers a custom wood bed make with holly and mahogany just like in classic boats of the 50’s. The rear tail has been properly rolled and contains tucked LED tail and brake lights. The classic front grill has undergone a triple chrome dip and shines beautifully. This is one of the finest examples available today and she is sure to add trophies to your shelf each time you take her out and put her on stage. Under the hood you have a new GM 350 HO crate engine with a mild cam and 4 bolt mains. An edelbrock 650 Thunder Series Carb, Edelbrock intake manifold, Hooker Super Competition, block hugger ceramic coated headers and dual Magna Flow polished stainless mufflers resulting in 350 HP and 380 ft/lbs of torque. The engine is cooled with a new aluminum radiator and electric cooling fan. The power to the rear wheels goes through a 700R4 transmission with a Lokar floor shifter. She has been fully broken in and is running with fully synthetic oil. Cruising is fast, fun and easy with this set up. And with the custom under bed mounted 29 gallon fuel tank she’ll cruise long distances before needing to refuel. Interior design and installation was done by Drop Top Interiors. Only high quality products went into creating this comfortable and unique interior complete with classic instrument gauges, power windows and Vintage Air. The sound system is a Bluetoothe enabled 300 watt Custom Auto Sound Concourse Series with iPod and USB inputs flowing through a set of 4 JBL 3-way speakers. The custom center console houses the Clasic Instruments Tachometer, Vintage AC controls and switches to the power windows and power tonneau cover. There is so much more that could be said regarding the workmanship and quality parts that have gone into this build. She is just a joy to drive and the sweet sound of that small block V8 is music to your ears. The complete build has been photo documented and the receipts have all been kept.
