Leather InteriorFor sale in our Orlando showroom is a gorgeous 1936 Chevrolet Business coupe. The American automotive industry had several challenges in its infancy as a result of the great depression and World War 2, despite these and other internal issues they still managed to build many great cars including this 36’ Coupe. Cars built in this time was simple, built to last and had very limited luxuries. Let’s face it men was really men in those days! In the 20’s Chevrolet had their work cut out for them during the reign of Fords model A and T cars, but by the mid 1930’s Chevrolet brought about several new designs including a new powerful 206 cubic inch inline 6 cylinder that really set them apart and got them noticed. The three new models in the late 30’s were the master deluxe coupe, standard or business coupe and the truck. This standard business coupe was originally painted black and since re-coated in a beautiful crème and tan enamel paint. The interior is very comfortable and has been completely redone in tan and brown leather including the headliner. Options include: seat belts, leather interior, heater, factory original hub caps on wide white wall bias ply tires. This coupe has been well maintained and kept complete and is a great vintage icon.
