Under the hood of this bird lies a custom built 400cid V8 from Jack Merkel out of Long Island New York. Equipped to the hilt with high performance goodies like the full MSD ignition system which has the 7AL-3 ignition control, pro power coil, and pro billet distributor make for a potent combination when paired up with the Demon 750CFM carb. Cooling in this bad boy is taken care of by the high pressure water pump mated to the griffin radiator. Finishing off the high performance looks in the engine bay are the custom offenhauser high rise aluminum valve covers. Backed by a built TH400 transmission and high stall torque converter the whole package will put a smile on any drivers face. Exhaust is taken care of by custom long tube headers upstream of a throaty set of flowmaster mufflers with cut outs placed just in front. Chassis reinforcement and full roll cage have been added to increase stiffness and safety when you unleash all the horses from the stable. Inside the cabin the interior has been left untouched minus roll cage and race seat for the driver. When it comes time for the fun to end pull off the t tops and cruise on home or to the local meet in style.
