2002 Pontiac Firebird

Gateway Classic Cars of Philadelphia is proud to present this super clean 2002 Pontiac Trans/Am WS6. The Trans AM series Firebird has always been associated with performance. In 1998 GM upgraded the good but outdated LT1 and started putting the now revolutionary LS1 in the F body’s. Ending production in 2002 for some unknown reason these last year Firebirds have been garnering huge attention as of late and seem to be some of the best appreciating cars in the market. This example is one of the cleanest T Top cars I have seen. The CARFAX states the mileage actual as well as having only 4 owners. A southern car all its life it has lived the life of royalty. Never driven on a questionable day and always kept inside. The black paint is slick and shows extremely nice especially for a 16-year-old car. The car has not been touched since it left the factory other than routine maintenance and a set of tires this thing is stock. The 14914 are extremely low for one of these as most have been wrecked or salvaged titles. Naturally with the WS6 package you get some performance upgrades like a cold air intake and exhaust but the thing that makes these cars must be those huge dual intakes rising off the hood. Under that ridiculous hood is that all stock LS1 capable of 5 second 0-60 times which was extremely fast back then and still respectable today. Mated to the 4l60 OD transmission this fire breather is still capable of getting 20+MPG’s with highway cruising. When people see you in the rearview they are sure to let you by and give you a thumbs up as you drive by. The T-Top was always a great feature on these cars and with the holder in the trunk the can be easily removed and stowed away in a secure spot. Of course, with this being a WS6 car it is loaded with every option available that year making for a rather nice interior. The condition of the interior, unlike many that you will see, is in amazing condition proving just how babied this WS6 was. If you are looking for a new age classic as a toy or even an investment for later down the road I personally think this is a no brainer.
