The fourth generation WS6 cars were the fastest Pontiac had ever produced at the time and in hindsight they represented one of the final performance vehicle hurrahs for the brand, which was discontinued permanently in 2010. It's been more than 20 years since this car rolled off the production line and collectors have started to pounce on the good examples out there. Of course, this isn't your average Trans AM WS6! The PPG “Oh So Orange" paintjob on this car is nothing short of astonishing and is the headlining event on this 1999 Pontiac that has earned it the tasteful nickname ‘Orange Julius'. What's refreshing about this build is that it goes much further than the awesome color though. The built LS1 V8 engine has been equipped with a Vortec supercharger, LS6 heads, upgraded fuel injectors/throttle body, aluminum intake manifold among other performance add-ons that results in over 600hp according to the seller's literature on the build. The WS6 “Ram Air" package helps to feed the motor with ample airflow and a K&N filter has been installed. To handle all this juice, the T-56 6-speed manual transmission has been bolstered by a dual friction clutch and flywheel. You'll definitely hear this Trans AM coming through the stainless steel Borla exhaust system that puts out nothing short of an epic soundtrack! Inside the Trans AM's from this era was an ergonomically designed gauge cluster with driver centric focus. An Alpine stereo system has been fitted in this car but otherwise the Gray leather interior is stock.
