Just under 1.5 percent of all Camaro's produced in 1981 were this color. Looks are not all this car have going for it though - it will run! It has a 350 CID V8 pushing over 400 horsepower under the hood! That is a huge upgrade over the 175 horsepower engine that came from the factory. The engine has under 1,000 miles on it since it was built, blue printed, and balanced. It is bored .040 over, and has 882 heads, Edelbrock Torquer intake, and a 750 Holley carburetor. It also has a four speed manual transmission and 3.73 gears in its posi rear end. New parts on this Z/28 include interior, all new weather stripping, paint, wheels, tires, decals, emblems, and trim. Other options include an AM/FM/CD radio, power steering, power brakes, seat belts, raised white letter radial tires, and American Racing alloy wheels.
