The 1942 Chevrolet Master Deluxe and Special Deluxe were introduced in September of 1941, and by then, with thousands of young men already called up by the military, it was obvious that full U.S. participation in World War II was imminent. In '42 the difference was a new grille and front fenders that now extended partway across the doors. This car is absolutely stunning. The exterior is coated in a gloss black paint and the interior is comprised of beige cloth. Under the hood lies a 235 CID 6 cylinder. The engine is backed by 3-spd manual transmission. This Chevy was restored in 2007 and still looks great. Options include: AM Radio, Cloth Interior, Heater, and Radial Tires. The vehicle sits in our St. Louis showroom.
