Under the hood you will find a rebuilt 280 SE Mercedes-Benz engine that has more than enough power. Of the 19,831 230 SLs produced, less than a quarter were sold in the US! The engine is backed by a 4-spd manual transmission. This combination is representative of great German engineering withstanding the test of time. The Ivory/Tan exterior and interior color combination is the epitome of classic luxury. The convertible top is a hard-top with chrome accent strips running the length on the roof. Other options include: Hub Caps, Power Brakes, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior, and Radial Tires. During the restoration; a new fuel pump, clutch master cylinder, pressure plate/clutch, slave cylinder, alternator, sending unit, and weather stripping were applied.
