For sale is a beautiful 1941 Chevrolet Special Deluxe Coupe. Powering this old school hot rod is a 235 straight six out of a 1956 Chevy. This power plant is equipped with dual one barrel Rochester carburetors and a Edelbrock intake. The engine compartment is dressed up with a leather lined hood and a very attractive finned aluminum Wayne valve cover. The motor exhales through split exhaust manifolds and aluminized dual exhaust with steel pack Smithy Mufflers and stainless steel bowtie logo exhaust deflectors. Backing the engine is a 3 speed manual transmission shifted on the column. The electronics have been updated with Mallory ignition converted to a 12 volt generator and LED lights. The car is finished in a handsome basecoat clearcoat two tone blue which are the original colors. The chrome is in great shape including the beautiful flying lady hood ornament. The wheels are from a '48 Chevrolet, but look like they belong on this car. The interior has a comfortable cloth bench seat and plush blue carpet. The dash has art deco gauges and this car is equipped with the very rare spinner steering wheel. The car spent most of its life in Nevada and was recently restored only clocking about 500 miles since being overhauled.
