The first year of the Camaro offered several trim levels with the SS offering an increase in performance. This SS has its original 350 CID V8 which is rated at 295 HP. The power runs through a Muncie 4 Speed manual transmission to a 12 bolt Posi-traction rear end with 3:23 gears. The car has had a recent ground up restoration which has brought it to showroom condition or even better. The engine has a fresh rebuild with hardly any miles at all. The paint is in stunning condition and is the original Deepwater Blue. The badging, SS stripes, and trim are all correct and give a hint that this is a performance model. Freshly refinished wheels cover four wheel disc brakes which are power assisted from the factory. These of course are wrapped in a new set of radial tires. The most impressive part of this car is what is underneath. It has all new fuel and brakes lines, headers, dual exhaust, gas tank, alternator, battery, clutch, flywheel, and the list goes on and on. The car has black vinyl interior with wooden steering wheel and floor shifter. Options include AM radio, power four wheel disc brakes, vinyl interior, rally wheels and radial tires.
