For sale in our St. Louis showroom is a custom 1938 Chevrolet Master Coupe. This '38 was built in 2008. Painted in an attractive color combination of copper and beige metallic with beige pleather and faux Lizard inserts in the headliner, seats, door panels, dash and the finished trunk for a great look. The body is all steel with exception to the fiberglass front fenders and 1" wider rear fenders. Further enhancing the look of this cool street rod are 18" chrome wheels with Hankook tires, LED turn signals and tail lights and a pair of aluminum bumpers with a billet aluminum grille. Electric door poppers via remote make it easy to slip inside this cool '38. Inside you'll notice an Ididit tilt chrome steering wheel, Autometer gauges, AM/FM stereo with CD player with remote, power windows, Southern Air conditioning and heat, a polished glove box door and an E-Z wiring harness and fuse panel to keep the electrics neat and tidy. Under the forward tilting hood is a Chevy 350 crate engine with an Edelbrock carburetor, ceramic coated block hugger headers, HEI ignition, polished aluminum intake, air cleaner and valve covers. An aluminum radiator with dual electric fans to keep everything cool and a chrome alternator and chrome A/C compressor for a show car look. Keeping the '38 Master Coupe glued to the road is a Heidt's Mustang II front suspension with tubular A-arms, power rack and pinion steering, front and rear sway bars, four wheel disc brakes and a Chassis Engineering rear suspension with a Lincoln Continental MK VII rear end with highway gears. Backing up the 350 crate engine is a 700R4 overdrive automatic transmission. This car was built to cruise! The engine sounds strong with a great exhaust note coming from the Magna Flow exhaust system. If you're looking for a pro touring resto mod without issues, look no further.
