SeatbeltsFor sale in our St. Louis showroom is one mean 1984 Buick T-Type. This is not your grandfather's Regal. This T-Type has a Buick 455 which has been bored .030 over. It has a T/A performance 413 cam and T/A SP-1 performance intake. With forged pistons, polished rods, and enlarged oil passages it has 10.3 to 1 compression. Fed by a Demon 850 CFM carburetor, this baby breathes through 2" headers and 3" dual exhaust. On a dyno it made 402 HP and 423 Lb Ft of torque. Backing the big block is a 350 Turbo hydromatic transmission with TCI manual valve body. The rear end contains stock 3.42 gear ratio. The body has been off the frame and painted a beautiful candy red. The interior is mainly stock with the exception of Autometer gauges and B&M ProStick shifter. The Buick sits on a staggered set of chrome wheels with low profile tires; 20"s in the back, 18"s in the front. Of course this street/strip car still has all the comforts of home: CD player, power steering, power front disc brakes, tilt column, seat belts, cloth interior, and chrome wheels with radial tires.
