Gateway Classic Cars is proud to offer an absolutely stunning 1933 Ford Coupe. This award winning street rod is an absolute show stopper. The body is a Rat's Glass Speedstar coupe. Rat's Glass makes high quality fiberglass bodies for street rods such as this one. The body features a futuristic take on a classic 1933 Ford coupe. It comes with suicide doors and power side window glass. This thing is low and mean and sits on a Callaway chassis. It rides on independent front and rear suspension with coil overs. The rear suspension is an incredible system from Heidts which is fully polished and features inboard rear disc brakes. This rod really is a show piece and is painted and detailed from top to bottom. You can't help but be drawn to the amazing set of wheels on this car. They are 20" rear and 17" front Dayton wire wheels with true knock offs. This is a serious set of hardware which is wrapped in BFGoodrich rubber. Under the hood you'll find a 350 CID V8 with a 4 barrel Holley carburetor. It breaths through some custom headers which sneak out from under the firewall to dual exhaust pipes exiting out the rear. Keeping it cool is a nice new aluminum radiator with electric fan. The interior of this vehicle is just as stunning as the exterior. It is all custom with saddle colored upholstery with aluminum accents. There are gray inserts and the carpet is gray to match the exterior color. Behind the mesh inserts are LED lights which illuminate the interior is a breathtaking fashion. The polished steering wheel is mounted to a polished tilt steering column. The dash houses a beautiful set of Classic Instruments gauges which provides full instrumentation. Even the headliner has the LED lighting which is leaps and bounds better than any dome light. The trunk is finished just like the interior with its own LED fixture. The trunk door is power actuated from inside the cabin. Since being built, this coupe has only logged 102 miles. It did however, make it to the Indianapolis Good Guys show and won the award for "Cool and Smooth." This modern styled street rod really is a work of art. Although it may not have and parts from a Ford factory, this vehicle has a clean title as a 1933 Ford. Located in our St. Louis Showroom, this 1933 Ford Coupe can be seen including 50+ HD pictures and video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. For additional information please call 618-271-3000 or email .
