These trucks were only made in 1978 and 1979, and are becoming harder and harder to find. The truck sports a 360 CID V8 and a 727 automatic transmission. Gearing was for acceleration with a 3.55 ratio. Unique to the Lil Red Express were bright red paint with gold striping, chrome exhaust stacks with heat guards, a step-side bed with wood trim, and a factory AM/FM. Being a top of the line model, this vehicle is well optioned for a vintage truck with power steering, power brakes, AM/FM radio, vinyl split bench seat, seat belts, and aluminum wheels with white letter radial tires. What better way to stand out at the cars shows than to pull up in a limited edition truck! These Lil Red Express trucks are becoming more and more collectible and are desired by Mopar fans and truck fans alike. This example sports black vinyl interior which is in wonderful condition.
