This beautiful two door hard top has been tastefully modified to give a custom look while still retaining a lot of the original look. There are plenty of Tri-Five Chevys out there, but not many Buicks of the same era driving around. This one is finished in Copper over Champagne with all the factory trim in place. Add a set of Zenith Knock Off wire wheels and you have one classy look. This is one elegant street rod. Under the hood you'll find a bit more power than this one was born with. A fuel injected LT1 V8 fits neatly and backs up to a modern 4L60E overdrive transmission. The drive train has only about 2,106 miles since being completely rebuilt. Underneath this one has a Fatman front end and disc brakes in the front. The power brakes and power steering really improve the comfort of this beauty and make it more useable on a daily basis. Things like Francis wiring, a new stainless gas tank, and walker radiator also improve reliability. To complete the package luxuries such as Vintage Air Heat/AC, AM/FM/CD, new upholstery, and seat belts have been added to make this one feel like a modern car. Everyone loves the look of a classic 1950's cruiser, but sometimes they are uncomfortable, lack power, and are troublesome to navigate.
