1966 Chevrolet Chevelle

For sale in our St. Louis showroom is Fuchsia Kiss 1966 Chevrolet Chevelle. This Chevelle underwent a complete frame off restoration 11 years ago, everything was restored or replaced to make new. Options for this 1966 Chevrolet Chevelle include: Sony AM/FM Radio with CD Player, Power Brakes, Tilt Wheel, Seat Belts, Leather Interior, Staggered (18" in front and 20" in Rear) Coye Aluminum/Alloy Wheels, and Radial Tires. Hidden under the cowl hood is a 454 CID V8 engine that has been bored to 468 CID. Cast Heads has been ported and flowed, a Cast crank is turned 10 under, an MSelect cam with a duration of 264/270 has been untilized, an Edelbrock air gap intake sits atop the block, and a 850 double pumper quick fuel carburetor rest atop the intake. A Mallory ignition has been employed along with Jegs 8.5 plug wires to provide a nice hot spark when needed. Ceramic headers flow from the engine and make an excellent, aggressive sound for the 454 big block. A Turbo 400 automatic transmission handles the difficult task of transferring power to the 12 bolt posi-trac rear end (Richmond 3.55 gears) with a little help from a 3500 10" stall converter and B&M shift kit. A direct fit aluminum radiator cools this big block with ease. The brakes have been upgraded to 4 wheel disc, which is much needed with all the GO GO GO under the hood. The rear end also features Metco adjustable control arms. Look underneath this beautiful fuchsia beast and you'll see the frame has been powder coated in silver vain paint, which provides a very clean and rigid look. The aggressive stance of this Chevelle is aided by the staggered Coye aluminum/alloy wheels, 18" in the front and 20" in rear. Obviously the paint is the first thing that jumps out at you on this 1966 Chevelle. Finished in an eye popping Fuchsia Kiss, a color brought to you by the folks at Hot Hues. The incredible paint is highlight by checkered flag and yellow accents to bring the race track aspect to the forefront. The interior was not left out on this build. Custom tan leather with imitation ostrich highlights make this Chevelle even more unique. A Dakota digital dash was installed to provide a modern look to the 66' Chevelle.
