Over its run, there were several body styles available; coupe convertible, wagon, sedan, etc. This particular '65 model is a very unique 4 door pillar less hard top. With all 4 windows rolled down, the car has a sleek coupe-like look with plenty of airflow. This particular example is finished in a beautiful coat of fontaine blue. Unique to this Star Chief is some hand applied pin stripping. This gives the car a custom look with a tasteful nod to the old Pontiac logo. Under the hood is a 389 CID V8 which is backed by an automatic transmission. The car is equipped with power steering, power brakes, air conditioning, an aftermarket AM/FM/CD stereo, and even comes with the original AM unit. It sports a set of smooth hubcaps, but includes the originals. The odometer reads 94,353 which is believed to be the original mileage. The interior is very clean and sports blue vinyl benches front and back to match the exterior. This car has room for the whole family and would be a lot of fun to cruise to the Drive-In, the Dairy Queen, or just to cruise around town.
