Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis is proud to offer a very cool custom 1995 Ford F150. This is a hot rod truck which has plenty of power, but still retains the reliability and equipment of a normal truck. Under the hood you'll find a very well built 347 stroker with high end parts all around. You'll find parts from Comp Cams, Melling, Clevite, Arp, Ford Racing, Scat, Keith Black, Edelbrock, Pro-Comp, Scorpion, and Cloyes. The interior of the block has been deburred and smoothed. Mains were line-honed, cylinders honed with torque plates, and machined larger oil drain back holes in the lifter valley. It has a lightly ported Edelbrock intake and 30lb injectors. It has a 75mm throttle body, K&N filter, and custom air box which draws in cold air. It has a Ford Racing distributor and plug wires leading to NGK spark plugs, and an MSD ignition box and coil. The engine was broken in on and engine dyno to properly seat the rings and break in the cam. The engine put out 401 HP and 412 lb ft of torque with a carburetor. Even with all the performance goodies, this truck still has AC which works well and has all new components. The list of new parts on this truck goes on and on. Backing the stroker is a rebuilt 4R70W automatic overdrive transmission with an improved valve body, heavy duty plates and discs, and a 2300 stall converter. It has a factory traction lock rear end with 3.73 gears. The engine breathes through new exhaust from Flowtech shorty headers to Thrush mufflers, and new tailpipes. The truck rides on all new shocks, front and rear brakes, and u-joints. It has a 2/4 suspension drop and 18" wheels and new tires. The whole drive train has around 2,500 miles since being completed. The body has been nicely repainted with base coat clear coat. The badges have been shaved, and the stake bed holes removed. The bed has a color matched bed liner which looks good and protects the bed. The interior is clean cloth upholstery which is stock. Over all, you'd be hard pressed to find a cleaner 1995 Ford F150, let alone a nicely customized truck like this one. You can see this truck in greater detail in our St. Louis showroom or at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Please contact or 618-271-3000 with any questions.
