Wire WheelsFor sale in our in our St. Louis showroom is a beautiful, frame off restored 1966 Pontiac GTO. The odometer reads 90,373, which is believed to be the original miles, but is undocumented. Options for this 1966 Pontiac GTO include: AM/FM Radio, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior, Wire Wheel Hub Caps, and BF Goodrich Red Line Radial Tires. Powering this classic GTO is a date code correct 389 CID V8 with the famed 3 deuces on top, commonly referred to as the 389 Tri-Power. A TH350 automatic transmission with a His/Hers shifter transfers the power to the 10 bolt rear end which houses 3.55 gears. All of which has been rebuilt, and has approximately 3,000 miles since being rebuilt. The red exterior paint was applied about 3 years ago, and looks absolutely fantastic. The black vinyl top, also in great condition, provides an excellent contrast and a sought after color combination. The red vinyl interior is the perfect interior color for this car. The upholstery is very good condition, it is free from rips, tears, and any signs of wear. The console houses the His/Hers shifter. It gets its name from the idea that the typical driver or lady driver in the family can use the D - Drive, S - Slope, and L -Low settings, while the more aggressive driver can use the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gear settings while pulling off the line at the track. The BF Goodrich red line radials set this build off, they provide the desired look and stance that all GTO enthusiast are after. Although this is not a numbers matching GTO, it is a PHS verified Tri-Power GTO.
