The lightweight tube frame is from Chenworth and is finished in bright yellow. The buggy has everything needed to be street legal! Headlights, turn signals, a glass windshield, and seatbelts keep you safe and legal. To provide the "GO" for this buggy, the engine is a built 2180cc VW flat 4. The engine was built by Archway Import Auto Parts in St. Louis, MO. The rebuild has only a couple hundred miles since being done. They threw the aftermarket parts catalogue at this one and the results are a well balanced, strong running, VW engine. This vehicle pulls strong through all 4 gears and can get you well above the speed limit in hardly any time at all. While you're tearing up the back roads the bucket seats will keep you secure especially with the 4 point racing harnesses. Rack and pinion steering makes for a nicely handling machine. While you're out cruising with the wind in your hair, you can crank up the stereo and jam to your favorite tunes.
