The 1968 Chevrolet Camaro RS is a fantastic example of a clean unmolested first generation Camaro. This vehicle has been passed between 3 colleagues since new. Every time one of them thought they wanted to let it go, they ended up buying it back from the last guy. The current owner has had the vehicle since 1992 and other than sheltering this 1968 Chevrolet Camaro RS in his garage, he has only done necessary maintenance to keep this car running great. The owner has kept his number's matching vehicle almost entirely original. The wheels are the wheels that came with the car, but those are available. Under the hood is the same 327 V8 the vehicle was born with paired up to a recently rebuilt 2-speed Powerglide transmission. The convertible top does not have excessive wear or staining and operates smoothly. The matching turquoise interior is in fantastic shape and everything was working upon consignment.
