Beginning in 2002 Chevrolet began manufacturing limited edition specialty nameplate models after then current NASCAR drivers and this was the first. The Dale Earnhardt Intimidator Edition featured an all black body with galaxy silver rocker panels and front and rear air dams. In addition to the standard SS badges this edition also featured the Intimidator logo on the trunk lid as well as an Intimidator badge on the dash and the number 3 with Dale Earnhardt's signature on instrument cluster. Anyone that knows anything about NASCAR knows this car pays tribute to this legends paint schemes that he ran on his cars. This man was an iconic figure in the sport and will go down as one of the best drivers in NASCAR. Not only does this car have the #3 on it but they only made 3,333 of these cars.
