Walking around this '23 you will instantly notice the two-tone red and black gloss paint theme with offsetting yellow wheels. The interior flows well with the paint and sports black vinyl seats, a “fat-mans" steering wheel that folds over for easier entry, adjustable windshield, and a shifter on the floor for the manual transmission. Under the floor panels you will see the 12-volt battery as this car has been converted from a 6-volt system. Powering this Dodge is believed to be an L Head 35 hp 3479cc 4-cylinder engine that is mated to a 3-speed manual transmission. You will not win a lot of races with horsepower so low but arriving in style and fitting multiple friends or family members should amount to something. The car does not come with a top of any kind which is factored when pricing the vehicle.
