There was nothing on the road that came close comparing to the lines, look, and performance of the car. The 4.5L V8 engine produces 231hp/265tq and in 1981 recorded 0-60 times in the seven second range and a top speed over 140mph which was quicker and faster than any American production car at the time. A mere 3,821 928s were made in 1981. This specific 928 is an entry level Porsche for those looking to get into the hobby. Over the past couple of years, the consignor has performed a tune up, installed new brakes and tires, and had the car wrapped in matte red.
