Up for sale in our Tampa Showroom is a fantastic representation of pure American Muscle, the 1972 Chevrolet Camaro. The Camaro has been an American household name since its inception in 1967 with the sole purpose of beating the Mustang into the ground, which consistently happened until the Camaro stopped production in 2003. Described as "A small animal that eats Mustangs", this particular model has had a few upgrades to really make it a fun driver. Although not a numbers matching car, this one does come fully packed with a tremendous amount of horsepower under the hood for your enjoyment. Starting with a crate 355 V8, pumping out the horses and scaring off the neighbors. Get ready for the thrill of your life as you drop the car into drive and launch forward with the astounding power and torque available! The car isn't all just go and no show, this car is built with comfort in mind with the beautiful black vinyl bucket seats, which hold you tight as you round the corners, and keep you in place as you launch forward. The exterior shows off the famous "split bumper" styling, made popular on the 2nd generation Camaro's, after the classic 60's styling went to the wayside. These cars were built to show off what it meant to be a muscle car in the 70s, by having bigger bodies, sharper lines, and developing an aggressive face to match the gigantic engine inside. The paint is done in a "Baldwin-Motion Tribute" style, with the gloss red and black stripes all the way down the sides of the car. Baldwin-Motion was a performance shop run out of Baldwin, NY that made a very big name for itself for producing some of the fastest Chevy's of its time, ranging from Nova's, Camaro's, Chevelle's and everything in between. They produced these cars from 1967-1974 and actually came with a written guarantee for your 1/4 mile time. These cars were very sought after during this time and have been long-since forgotten with the Yenko Camaro simply having a bigger name behind it. Every feature on this car has been put together to combine the class of a Camaro, the power of pure American Muscle, and the sound of a monster. One of the major things to remember, is that when driving a Split Bumper Camaro, you are driving a true piece of American history, and furthermore a work of art! Options include A/C, AM/FM Radio, Radial Tires, and a built 355 V8.
