1967 Chevrolet Chevelle

Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is proud to offer this lovely 1967 Chevrolet Malibu Chevelle. This beauty has a lot of fresh work done to it and is ready to cruise and enjoy! Starting with the exterior we have newer bright blue metallic paint with 15” rally wheels wrapped in radial tires that are a bit bigger in the back to really give it that muscle car stance. The steel cowl hood, and blacked out taillight panel only add to that feel. Inside is all new black vinyl seats, black carpet, black headliner. A little woodgrain on the dash gives the interior a bit of an upscale feeling but bucket seats with a center console bring you right back to reality that this car is all muscle! The center console is nicely fitted with a clock, it is optioned with seat belts and “Malibu”and “Chevelle” script are scattered through the interior trim. Under the hood sits a 350 CID V8 engine that is fitted with an Edelbrock intake, Edelbrock 4 barrel carburetor, mild cam, black bow tie valve covers, black “Chevrolet” air cleaner, HEI distributor, new radiator and full length headers running to true dual exhaust. The exhaust has a great rumble that will convince most you’ve got a big block under the hood! The engine compartment is a bit dressed up with chrome alternator bracket, chrome oil breather, black fan shroud covering a flex fan, chrome pulleys, and a new alternator. During the restoration new floors, cowl hood, trunk pan, and lower quarters were replaced with new metal. The tires are new and are 225/70R15 in the front and 255/70R15 in the rear. Front disc brakes and power steering give this car all the options it needs and she drives wonderfully. 1967 is one of the most popular years for Chevelles and Malibus and it is easy to see why. They have great style, are comfortable and are sure to get you attention wherever you take them.
