Up for sale in our Tampa showroom is this stunning, 1967 Chevrolet Camaro restomod. This car is a work of art and a true muscle car! With 572 cubic inch of pure power under the hood and sleek looks, this car will be treasured by the new owner. Only 994 miles since the build and it was done right! Check out the pictures because a picture really is worth a thousand words on the build quality of this Camaro. The 572 is fed by a FAST fuel injection system, MSD ignition, Be Cool radiator with electric fans, Front Runner accessory drive and Lemons headers that help this monster produce 620 horsepower. All of that power is put through a built Turbo 400 automatic with reverse manual valve Body, TCI shifter, and then runs out back to a Ford 9” rear end with Detroit Locker 3.70:1 gears. The power is planted by a Detroit Speed Quadra Link rear suspension, 2” dropped spindles, mini tubs hiding some 18x11 wheels, and adjustable coil over shocks on all four corners. Up front you have Heidts control arms, 18x8 wheels, and a Unisteer rack and pinion system to keep you in control. Wilwood 4 wheel disc brakes and Wilwood master cylinder provide the stopping power for this restomod. Options include Vintage Air A/C, AM/FM radio, seat belts, vinyl interior, radial performance tires, aluminum alloy Budnik wheels, power windows, power drivers seat, power steering, and tilt steering wheel. The interior has been sound proofed and rust proofed and has a great look with high back bucket seats, TCI floor mounted shifter and Classic Instruments gauges. Painted in a PPG Lemans Blue which really fits the style of this car. This Camaro is all original metal with the exception of the hood and has never had any patch panels! This build was started with the most solid Camaro available and turned into the jaw dropper you see today. New glass was installed along with all interior and exterior trim rechromed, polished, or replaced with new. 1967 was the first year for the Camaro and Firebird, but they sure didn’t make them like this! Even the big block SS Camaros couldn’t hold a candle to this cars power, prowess, and options list. This Camaro is a perfect example of why restomods are so popular.
