Highlights

  • Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis is proud to digitally present this brutally engineered 2012 Ford Mustang GT.
  • By 2012, the Mustang GT had already cemented itself as one of the most capable performance platforms Ford had ever produced. The Coyote 5.0 rewrote expectations overnight-rev-happy, boost-friendly, and unapologetically violent when built correctly. This Mustang takes that foundation and pushes it far beyond factory limits, evolving into a purpose-built street and strip machine designed for serious horsepower and real-world results.
  • Wrapped in a menacing satin black finish with striking red accents throughout, this Mustang delivers instant presence before the engine is even fired. Subtle carbon and forged-carbon details-including a forged carbon deck lid, hood vents, and lightweight custom hood-reinforce the car's mission: reduce weight, increase airflow, and dominate. Custom-painted aero components, a Boss 302 front lip, GT500 rear spoiler, upgraded grille, and modern lighting complete a look that's aggressive without feeling chaotic.
  • At the heart of this build is a fully built and fully forged TKM Gen 3 engine, engineered to withstand extreme boost and sustained abuse. Forced induction comes courtesy of a Hellion 62-64mm twin turbo system, powder coated and installed to deliver massive power with control. On E85, this Mustang produces an astonishing 1,300 wheel horsepower and 1,100 lb-ft of torque, while remaining tunable for 93-octane operation as well.
  • Supporting that power is a Stage 3 Calimer-built transmission, paired with a Mantic clutch, MGW race-spec short-throw shifter, and a custom high-power driveshaft-components chosen not for flash, but for survival. The drivetrain is completed by a built 8.8 rear end with 3.31 gearing, ensuring strength and consistency under full load.
  • Fuel delivery and boost management are handled by a triple-pump Lethal Performance fuel system, paired with a CO system featuring a scramble button, boost leash, boost gauge, and two-step control. This setup allows the driver to fine-tune launch characteristics and power delivery with precision, whether on the street or at the track.
  • The suspension and chassis setup are equally serious. A Team Z K-member, upper and lower control arms, anti-roll bar link, Viking double-adjustable shocks, Cobra Jet springs, Strange long-travel front suspension, and upgraded sway bar work together to control weight transfer and keep the car planted. Despite the extreme hardware, this Mustang maintains a remarkably composed stance and balance.
  • Braking performance has been upgraded with larger brakes and rotors, while the car rides on a one-of-one brushed candy red F14 drag pack with beadlocks, wrapped in fresh ET R rubber out back-an unmistakable signal that traction matters here. With a curb weight of just 3,380 pounds, this Mustang delivers an exceptional power-to-weight ratio that few street cars can approach.
  • Inside, the car defies expectations. A beautiful brown leather premium interior adds warmth and contrast to the dark exterior, creating a cockpit that feels both intentional and refined. This isn't a stripped shell-it's a thoughtfully executed performance machine that respects both speed and presentation.
  • This 2012 Mustang GT is not about trends or internet builds-it's about execution. Every component has been selected to support real horsepower, real tuning, and real results. It's the kind of car that turns heads at idle, commands respect under boost, and leaves no doubt once the throttle is opened.

Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis is proud to digitally present this brutally engineered 2012 Ford Mustang GT.

By 2012, the Mustang GT had already cemented itself as one of the most capable performance platforms Ford had ever produced.

Wrapped in a menacing satin black finish with striking red accents throughout, this Mustang delivers instant presence before the engine is even fired.
