Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1955 Ford Crown Victoria. The 55 Crown Victoria was a direct shot at Chevyâ€™s new line-up of vehicles. The body itself was very similar and with a few different engine options they were well received by the public. The color palette that Ford would bring out that year would really put an exclamation point on there new line. The most exotic and hate or love it had to be pink though. It was a definite in your face and most absolutely loved it and is still sought after today. This restored and gorgeous example is one of the nicest I have seen. Together for about 4 years now the car has had enough miles to work on bugs but was really used for just local car shows and events. During the restoration they decided to put a little more power to this 55 dropping in a 351W to give it plenty get up and go. The automatic transmission was gone through and shits out nicely just as it should. The exterior is where this beauty really shines. The paint is clean and shows nicely with the pink and white bringing you back to a different time. The chrome on the car shows nicely with no major defects it really puts the exclamation point on the build. Inside you are adorned by a plush interior with the white and pink flip flopped making it a great contrast to the outside.
