Gateway Classic Cars of Dallas is proud to offer this sharp 1962 Nash Metropolitan. The current owner has enjoyed this little cruiser since 1980. Finally ready to allow it into another collection and on the market for sale. Walking around this ’62 one should admire the red metallic paint that is offset with white. Adding to the curb appeal are 13” painted red steel wheels with chrome hub caps, white wall tires, chrome bumpers, chrome trim, and a rear mounted spare tire. The interior flows well with the paint theme. Sporting red/white vinyl seats, red/white dash, and red carpeting, this interior doesn’t disappoint. Powering this Nash is claimed to be an Inline 4-cylinder engine that was taking from an Opel GT. Mated to this engine is an automatic transmission. The engine bay was painted white to flow with the paint theme. This 4 cylinder is dressed up with a polished valve cover, chrome air cleaner, and red wires. If you are looking for a 60’s cruiser or something to take to shows, this could be the example for you.
