The subframe engine and aprons have been powder coated, along with front and rear suspension rebuild. The long tube headers and exhaust lets its presence be known on the street. This vehicle has been fully restored and Its more than ready to be on the road. HISTORY: all American Pontiac Firebird is built from 1967-2002. It was designed as a muscle car to compete with the mercury cougar and Dodge Challengers. The name "Firebird" was also previously used by GM for the General Motors Firebird 1950s and early 1960s concept cars. This 1979 is in the category of 2nd Generation for the Pontiac Firebirds.
